I can´t find my hotel in your list, What do I do?
If you are comming to a hotel that is not listed on our database, please send us an email to email@example.com. with the Hotel name in subject and we will handle your reservation manually.

How do we find you at the airport?
When you arrive, and after your clear customs and immigration, you have to direct to the exit of the airport building, once outside, look around, our staff will be waiting for you, our staff will be wearing a White shirt with black pants, and in the right sleeve of the shirt you will find the logo of “AGI Tours”, and Holding an AGI TOURS sign with a banner with your name on it (or the name of the party leader). Remember you can have a Special banner for you event, or meeting we are happy to help you.
Is it Private or Shuttle Transfers?
All our services are private, you won´t be sharing the van with strangers or make multiple stops in the way; we want you to be comfortable and have a great time with your companions, because your time and comfort is very important to us.
We are traveling with children’s, do you have booster and baby seats?
Yes, we are committed with the security, it’s because of that we don’t forget our little costumers, you just have to let us know how many you will require and we’ll have them ready for your transfers and is free of charge.
If my flight is delayed or if it is arriving ahead of time, what do you do?
If your flight is changed, please do inform us at your earliest convenience by calling our toll free numbers or at our 24 hours manager on duty mobile. Or you can write us a direct email.

Can we stop a grocery store to shop before arriving at the hotel?
We don’t have problem to do a Quick Stop (20 minutes free of charge) if your arrival is from Monday to Friday but if you need more time the cost per hour is 35 USD if you will be taking more than 20 minutes please let us know. If your arrival is in Saturday or Sunday, (that are our busiest days) we would have to charge the hourly fee.
